ROASTED GARLIC CHICKPEAS
Roasted Garlic Chickpeas
2 - 15.5 ounce cans of Chickpeas
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1.5 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3 Teaspoons Liquid Smoke
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Take care to make sure that all of the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the chickpeas.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and coat the foil or parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread the chickpeas onto the baking sheet. Make sure that the chickpeas create a single, flat, even layer on the baking sheet.
Bake the chickpeas in an oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 65 minutes. The chickpeas should be crunchy when removed from oven. Enjoy!!
