ROASTED GARLIC CHICKPEAS

Roasted Garlic Chickpeas

  • 2 - 15.5 ounce cans of Chickpeas

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1.5 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

  • 3 Teaspoons Liquid Smoke

  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Take care to make sure that all of the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the chickpeas.

  3. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and coat the foil or parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Spread the chickpeas onto the baking sheet. Make sure that the chickpeas create a single, flat, even layer on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake the chickpeas in an oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 65 minutes. The chickpeas should be crunchy when removed from oven. Enjoy!!
