“FOOL-PROOF” ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Fool-Proof Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 4 L. Cup Brussels Sprouts

  • 1/2 L. Cup Olive Oil

  • 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts in cold water.

  2. Cut off the the stems at the base. Cut each sprout into halves. Set aside.

  3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Add the brussels sprouts to the bowl. Mix and make sure that every sprout is coated with oil and seasoning.

  5. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat the foil with nonstick baking spray.

  6. Transfer the sprouts onto the baking sheet, spreading into a single flat layer of Brussels sprouts. For extra crispiness, make sure that the sprouts are flat-side down when possible.

  7. Bake the Brussels sprouts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispiness. Enjoy!!
