“FOOL-PROOF” ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Fool-Proof Roasted Brussels Sprouts
4 L. Cup Brussels Sprouts
1/2 L. Cup Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Rinse the Brussels sprouts in cold water.
Cut off the the stems at the base. Cut each sprout into halves. Set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add the brussels sprouts to the bowl. Mix and make sure that every sprout is coated with oil and seasoning.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat the foil with nonstick baking spray.
Transfer the sprouts onto the baking sheet, spreading into a single flat layer of Brussels sprouts. For extra crispiness, make sure that the sprouts are flat-side down when possible.
Bake the Brussels sprouts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispiness. Enjoy!!
