WHISKEY-ROASTED PECANS
Whiskey-Roasted Pecans
1.5 Cups Pecan halves
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Brown sugar, packed
1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Whiskey
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, making sure that the pecans are evenly coated with the mixture.
Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon the coated pecans onto the baking sheet, flattening them into a single layer.
Bake the pecans for 20 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from the oven and the baking sheet to let them cool. Enjoy!!
