WHISKEY-ROASTED PECANS

Whiskey-Roasted Pecans

  • 1.5 Cups Pecan halves

  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar, packed

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg

  • 1 Tablespoon Whiskey

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, making sure that the pecans are evenly coated with the mixture.

  3. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon the coated pecans onto the baking sheet, flattening them into a single layer.

  4. Bake the pecans for 20 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from the oven and the baking sheet to let them cool. Enjoy!!
