Champagne Jigglers
1.5 L. Cups Champagne or sparkling wine
2 packets Unflavored gelatin
1/2 L. Cup Warm water
2 Teaspoon White sugar
Diced Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries
In a medium mixing bowl, combine champagne and warm water.
Stir in both packets of gelatin until fully dissloved. Stir in sugar until dissolved as well.
Pour mixture into a glass casserole dish. Evenly distribute the diced fruit throughout the mixture.
Refrigerate the jigglers until the mixture becomes firm. (Approximately 3 hours) Slice and serve. Enjoy!!
